• If notary is made to wait because of forgotten IDs, waiting for other signers to arrived, etc., a "Wait fee" charge after a 20-minute grace period from appointment time is $15 per 15-minute increments of extra wait time. Please read and be familiar with your documents prior to the arrival of the notary. Please have your IDs at the ready.

• Cancellation fee $25 if appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to appointment time.

​

• Print fee is $0.08 per page if documents need to be reprinted because of third party error or changes made after original docs have been printed.
